  Where do I start to share my life altering experience with Zamanta and Za Yogalife. I started my path with yoga 3 years ago.I was an out of shape, middle aged woman mourning the recent loss of mother. I felt as if I was suffocating with grief and all the other stresses of everyday life; work, child, husband, money,loss of self by giving to others. I can go on.
  Guided by the knowledgeable and loving Zamanta Archibold I have gotten my body,mind, and spirit on a such a different path. Through yoga, meditation, and learning to just breathe I feel as if my life has gotten back on track to be being the best me I can be.

  I purchased a deal for 5 yoga class. A couple years later I am still taking classes with Zamanta. She is a gifted yoga instructor and a caring human being. I am a busy person and arrive to her class with stress and stiff joints. The good news is, I leave her class with a sense of renewal, purposes, joy and NO stress :) It is a gift to have the opportunity to take classes with her. AG
