  This place is nice and the party is fun but they are the MOST RIDICULOUS staff. You aren’t allowed more than 10 minutes prior to set up favors or games which isn’t enough time before guests arrive. They are absolutely rude about granting any extensions and are too stuck up. Not happy. Tried to alter the menu because I have a pineapple allergy and it took THREE DAYS for anyone to consider it. It could KILL me and it was almost impossible to change. Extremely disappointed with their care for their guests.
